We have tried to cover some recent developments in human rights work on North Korea coming out of Europe. This event caught our eye as it showcases Shin Dong-hyuk, the protagonist of Blaine Harden’s Escape from Camp 14. For those of you who missed it, Anderson Cooper did an interview with Shin back in December that captures well the feel of the book.
