Setting the standards for sustainability-related reporting
Demand from private investors and public policymakers is accelerating the search for consistent global practices of reporting climate- and sustainability-related data by companies and other financial market participants. This session explored possible responses to this sustainability reporting challenge, including the creation by the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Foundation of a dedicated global standard-setting body.
